Thursday, July 22, 2010 Everything's Better Down Where it's Wetter: The Georgia Aquarium, Part 1
If you have been keeping up, you know that recently we were on vacation in Georgia, visiting family. While we were there, we took a little day trip to downtown Atlanta to visit The World of Coke and The Georgia Aquarium.
We purchase a Pemberton Place Pass, which includes a ticket for The World of Coke and a ticket for The Georgia Aquarium, for one set price. Not a bad deal at all.
We are a family about saving money because as you can see, there are a lot of us. In fact, as I mentioned before, I was a guest over at Skinned Knees yesterday talking about Family Fun on a Budget. Be sure to stop by and bookmark my friend Christy's awesome blog because I will be there often talking about this subject.
Here are some of the photos from the aquarium. Don't forget to come back tomorrow for the second half.
Small fish tank. The fish were small, not the tank. This thing was huge.
Can you spot Dory?
Literally "under the sea". This is a tunnel we were able to walk through. This tank was huge too.
Hammerhead Shark
Manta Ray
Viewing bubble of the big tank. There were a lot of fish in this tank. A-LOT!
Sawfish Shark and some other big fish.
Sitting in one of the viewing bubbles.
